Unused and unopened products
The existing return window is 7 days from delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Because these are personal-care products, opened or used items may not qualify for a change-of-mind return. This does not exclude remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect goods.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please report visible damage or a wrong item as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs where available and keep the product and packaging while we assess the issue. The reporting preference does not remove rights available under applicable consumer law.

- Describe the issue and share relevant product or packaging photos where available.
- Wait for the return instructions and confirmed return address before sending the item back. Ask about any return shipping charge before dispatching it.
Refunds
Returns are checked when received. The existing estimate for an approved refund is 7–10 business days, with receipt also depending on the payment provider. For an online payment, the approved refund is normally returned to the original payment method. For a Cash on Delivery order, contact us to confirm the available refund process. Never share an OTP, PIN or password to receive a refund.
Cancellations and exchanges
For a cancellation or exchange request, contact us promptly. We will check the order status and available options. If the parcel has already been dispatched, return instructions may apply.
